How Can I Place an Order?
You can use our order now button, or alternatively, send us an email detailing the items you wish to buy. We will reach out to you shortly to confirm all the items in your order, provide the total purchase price, and give you an estimated completion time. Please make sure to include your contact information (name, email, phone number) and the best method for us to reach you.
When will my order be ready?
We begin processing your order as soon as we finalize the details of all custom components with you. We aim to deliver your completed mum/garter within a week and your mum kit within 48 hours. If we foresee any changes to your estimated time of arrival, we will reach out to you at the earliest opportunity. As homecoming dates draw closer, last minute orders may take longer.
What is your Return or Refund Policy?
Given that all of our items are customized and the timing is crucial for your homecoming, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. All purchases are final.
Are you interested in Pick up and Delivery?
Due to the fragility of our products, we recommend against mailing them. When we reach out to confirm your order, we can go over pickup and delivery options with you.
